Just finished my morning workout:
Turkish Get Ups x 3
KB Swings (16 kg) 225 in 10 minutes (longest run 50)
Bicep/Tricep arm blast 5 sets of 5 reps
Sled Push/Pull – 40 yds x 4 sets
Great start to the day. Now ready to face our extremely motivated and fit clients!
