They often say things like :&#039;&#039;Go to gym, choose the machine,workout and that&#039;s it.&#039;&#039;  If you train your body in more complicated way, it might look like waist of time at the beginning, but soon you&#039;ll start to feel benefits in everyday life and sports.

		<description>Bjorn - Cone squats - place two cones about 2 feet in front of you and about 2 feet apart.  Stand on one foot with your foot centered between the cones (but about 2 feet back).  Perform a half squat and reach with the opposite hand across your body to the cone.  eg  Standing on right foot centered between cones, reach with left hand to right cone.  Do not touch other foot down between reps.  8-10 reps each side.</description>
